2.自冲铆接Self-Piece Rivet

        从一种材料穿刺并固定到另一种材料的连接方式，适用于同种和异种材料连接，强度强于铝点焊，涂胶后强度更高。技术核心是根据不同的材料选择铆钉和铆模的型号。峰范支持全套铆模试验，并与Bolhoff Lab深度合作，峰范配置6台可以切换其他品牌铆模的Bollhoff设备，从300到900喉深，覆盖整个车身铆接。

3.流钻螺接(FDS)Flow Drilling Joining System
        可在仅能单侧接近的拧紧位置完成拧紧作业，无需预冲孔即可直接拧紧，形成一个公制螺纹，可与其他接合技术组合，例如粘接。
For one way access. Upper and Lower plates can be Aluminum or Steel. The joint without preparedhole. Forming a metric screw. Combine with other connection technology even better.



4.无钉铆接TOX (Clinch)
        两侧接入(无需预留孔)，不同材料的接合十分容易，材料强度不可过高以防冲压变形;无需耗材(无铆钉铆接)，主要应用于铝门盖较链和锁扣的连接。
